Maintenance Technician
- Perform maintenance and repairing works of machines and equipment.
- Perform all general maintenance task of the plant facilities.
- Able to read Electrical diagram and hydraulic diagram.
- Conduct periodic routine checklist on equipment and machine to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Strong knowledge in blow moulding machine and extruder system.
- Understanding in reading PLC sequence and can troubleshooting PLC system.
- Able to create relay contact control system.
- Able to troubleshoot failure system and machine blow moulding.
- Knowledge in testing of electrical tools with voltmeters, clampmeter, multimeter and ohmmeters.
- Upkeep and maintain critical spare parts inventory.
- Adhering to safety and performance standards.
- Proper housekeeping after each maintenance works.
