Document Controller
- Distribute updated documents and dispose obsolete documents.
- Provide the administrative works to superior.
- Control all documented information according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
- Managing the organization's document processes, including creating templates, filing documents, and ensuring they are stored properly.
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of documents and making edits to ensure they are up to date.
- Distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders and liaising with them to ensure documents meet requirements.
- Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- Producing reports on document progress for senior managers.
- Conducting regular document audits.
- Monitoring the document lifecycle from creation to archival.
- Performing quality checks on incoming documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Updating document control procedures for continual improvement.
- Training document specialists and other employees on document systems.
- System Audit – Prepare Audit schedule and follow up with external auditor on agreed audit date.
- Prepare and ensure quotation and PO is raised and payment is made.
- Follow up audit closure of NCR if any.
- Preparation of data collection for Management Review.
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
