Maintenance Officer
- Ensure maintenance service availability and response time is accordance to Service Level Agreement.
- Submit daily and monthly reports and other related checklist.
- Responsible for all the maintenance work in Hotel i.e electrical works and building equipment.
- Supervising the technicians to carry out their duties and assignment on typical duties that include painting, tiling, grouting, siliconing and general repairs.
- To liase with contractor and suppliers.
- Attend and restore breakdown.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Plumbing skills will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Raja Laut /Jalan Belia.
- Preferably A4 level or minimum Diploma level in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic)
- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
