Legal Assistant
Position: Legal Assistant
Location: Plaza Mont Kiara
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Support office administration in the firm’s litigation practice and daily operations
- Organize and manage correspondences, reports, and files
- Ensure proper filing and document management, including mail and fax distribution
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn, works independently, and collaborates well in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
