Legal and Compliance Officer (Full-time Remote)
Dynamic Technology Lab Pte Ltd (“DTL”) is a quantitative hedge fund established in Singapore and engages in global securities trading with multiple asset classes. As a tech-focused Licensed Fund Management Company under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, DTL is dedicated to producing strong consistent returns for its investors by relying on mathematical and statistical models to drive its investment process.
The Legal and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance of business operations with all relevant regulations and providing legal guidance to the business.
Responsibilities
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

The Legal and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance of business operations with all relevant regulations and providing legal guidance to the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and legal document review support
- Draft legal documents as required
- Monitor and study the latest developments from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and prepare summary reports for the management
- Develop compliance communications and provide advice to relevant stakeholders
- Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned
- 2 to 5 years of legal experience and preferably at least 1 year in an in-house role
- Experience in a relevant industry and possess understanding of the financial markets and hedge fund business are preferred
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Creative and resourceful in tackling non-routine projects
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
- Bachelor's (Required)
