Assistant Manager, Legal 7881
Job Roles:
Assisting in the overall legal functions of the Company's transactions and managing the Company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Drafting and review of various conveyancing and corporate agreements and documents including but not limited to land development, joint ventures, consortium, leasing agreements and procurement related agreements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company/Group.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or any equivalent discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate environment and similar industry or equivalent
Experience in handling corporate matters including legal advisory, drafting and review of corporate commercial and banking transactions.
Experience as practicing lawyer in a legal firm and/or working with construction and/or project-based company

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

- Handle day-to-day legal work and legal advisory for the Legal Department of the Company/Group.
- Provide legal advice and opinion on various legal issues and mitigate all legal risks for the Company/Group.
- Liaise with external solicitors appointed to handle various legal matters of the Company/Group.
Drafting and review of various conveyancing and corporate agreements and documents including but not limited to land development, joint ventures, consortium, leasing agreements and procurement related agreements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company/Group.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
