HR Assistant - (Recruitment team)
Job Description :
● Handle large volume of calls i.e. follow up with hiring leads
● Manage onboarding and new hire process
● Support the team with documentation and analysis of information
● Support ad-hoc analysis / tasks as needed
● Mini HR/Mini Recruiter
● Support business operations - ensure enough manpower
● Post job ads, screening, manage onboarding, dealing with recruitment agency
● Call candidate, deliver info
● Create whatsapp group with resources, main PIC
● Prepare onboarding docs, maintaining hiring process, documentation
● Call up IDs that have been created but haven't turned up for work
● Support the team with OPS ID creation, especially for peak season / weekends
Requirement :
● Experience working in a call center role
● Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills (preferably in BM)
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
