CONTRACT
Live / Content Specialist - Retail
Job Description:
-1 day off (rotational)
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Manage daily store operations and customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products.
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
- Keep store clean, organized, and attractive.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to promote electronics products.
- Host live sessions to showcase products, answer customer questions, and engage viewers in real-time on social media platforms.
- Stay updated on social media and electronics trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Participate in product and customer service training (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with teammates and management
- 1 or 2 years of Retail Experience
- Adhere to work schedules and be punctual
- Must be good in English
- Good attitude and friendly
- Contract duration : 6 Months (renewable)
- Opening hours:
- Weekdays = Monday - Thursday, 10:00am -> 10:00pm, w/ 1hr break
- Weekends & Public Holidays = Friday - Sunday, 10:00am - 11:00pm, w/1hr
-1 day off (rotational)
- Location : UNESCO World Heritage at Lorong Hang Jebat, Melaka (Melaka Jonker Walk.)
- Salary : RM 3,000 - RM3,500 (Depends on Experience)
- Allowances : OT Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Medical Insurance, EPF, SOCSO
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
