GENERAL MAINTENANCE (Electrical)

  • Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks on electrical components such as switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of electrical systems to support the needs of the facility.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with live electrical systems to prevent accidents and hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as any modifications to electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to communicate progress and updates on electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Install, upgrade, or replace electrical systems and components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine root causes of malfunctions or failures.
  • Ensure regular maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide maintenance staff, providing training, support, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and maintain inventory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
