General Clerk (Part Time)

Job Scopes:
  • Help to answer phone enquiry and perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handling of JKKP, uphold safety procedures and ensure compliance among staff.
  • Prepare relevant reports and checklists as required by the Local Authority bodies such as DOSH, BOMBA, etc and maintain proper documentation for statutory inspections.
  • Conduct induction for new employees regarding Occupational Safety and Health procedures.
  • Ensure Bomba license & Certificate of fitness for air receiver tank is renewed on timely manner, sandblast machine is inspected annually with examination report.
  • Handling various safety-related topics such as noise, vibration, water and air pollution.
  • Perform Logistic functions include planning and coordinating logistics activities including domestic shipments, international inbound and outbound shipments of goods.
  • Running company errands when necessary .
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirement:
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & Words).
  • Able to start work as soon as possible.
  • Candidate with JKKP or logistics experience will be more preferable.
  • Working Period: Tentatively until Apr'2025 (Mon to Fri) , this is a part time position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 42.50 per week
