We are currently looking for a proactive and seasoned Payroll Officer to lead and manage our payroll operations efficiently.
Key duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing Payroll: Ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.
* Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of employee hours, salaries, and deductions.
* Compliance: Ensuring that payroll practices comply with legal regulations.
* Handling Benefits: Managing employee benefits such as Vacation payments, Final settlement , and other Employee benefits.
* Addressing Inquiries: Responding to employee questions and concerns about their pay and benefits.
* System Management: Utilizing payroll software or systems to process payroll efficiently and securely.
* Vacation Requests Management: Review and process employee vacation requests in accordance with company policies. Ensure timely approval or denial of vacation requests and communicate decisions to employees.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee vacation balances, usage, and accruals. Update and manage vacation tracking systems and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Payroll Officer.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting,

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to KD400.000 per month
