We are hiring Customer Service Agent We’re in the process of hiring for Customer service agent, the ideal candidate would be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing information about our menu and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. * Menu Information: Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, dietary restrictions and specials. * Order Taking: Process take-out and delivery orders, ensuring all details are captured accurately and relayed to the restaurants * Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating to a supervisor if necessary. * Sales Support: Promote special offers, events, and upsell additional services or menu items to enhance the customer experience. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders using call center systems. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant staff and management to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written) is required. * Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using call center software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). * Attitude: Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. * Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
