In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive brand awareness, expand market share, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth for our product lines. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. * Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions. * Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional collateral. * Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent messaging and creative initiatives that align with company values and goals. * Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking return on investment for marketing activities. * Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to foster brand loyalty and drive customer satisfaction. * Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the restaurant’s brand and business goals. * Identify target audiences and create content tailored to them across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, and others. * Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts showcasing the restaurant’s menu, events and promotions. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the food and beverages industry. - In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and consumer behavior specific to the food and beverage sector. - Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Job Type: Full-time Pay: KD900.000 - KD1,200.000 per month
