Call Center Representative - Bilingual (Arabic & English) Location: Sharq, Kuwait Salary: 300-350 KD Duty Hours: 8 hours We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. The position requires managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring smooth operations related to our smart parking system. Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through phone calls.
Provide professional and courteous assistance related to parking services.
Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions.
Liaise with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
Troubleshoot basic customer concerns with the parking management system.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Visa 18 (Normal) or Visa 22 accepted.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
