We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring smooth operations related to our smart parking system.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through phone calls and other communication channels.
Provide professional and courteous assistance related to parking services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
Troubleshoot basic customer concerns with the parking management system.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
Visa 18 (Normal) or Visa 22 accepted.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
