Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Officer at Boutiqaat in Kuwait. The Officer will be responsible for employee engagement, Day-to-day tasks include restructuring, improving employee engagement initiatives, facilitating communication strategies, and managing performance evaluation processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
- HR professional certification preferable.
- 2 year of experience in HR field with a background in OD function.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
