Position Overview: As a Procurement Business Partner at Cellebrite, your mission is to provide support for various operational needs, ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will support commercial engagements and collaborate with multiple departments to drive the company’s success in making the world a safer place. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing electronics components for R&D, managing vendor relationships for production materials, negotiating contracts for operations and facility maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and Indirect global procurement for various operations requirements including production, facilities, maintenance, R&D and other departments as required.
Expert with various sourcing and alternative vendors for electronics components, machining, packaging, hardware, OEM and manufacturing services.
Purchase services and goods in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Handling purchasing requests from various departments Locally and globally.
Periodical vendor evaluation with key performance indicators.
Handling negotiations and contracts of complex projects and services.
Act as an interface with our teams locally and globally, supporting commercial engagements for their ongoing activities.
Work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
Work closely with Engineering and R&D to support the development to production process.
Constantly source new vendors and study market trends for cost reduction and new initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the legal department on new agreements and legal issues.
Build, maintain and manage vendor relationships and keep healthy partnership communications.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in Procurement at a global technologic company.
Education: BA or BSc in a relevant field form a known University
Demonstrated experience in the hardware and electronics sector, including working with vendors, OEMs, distributors, official channels, and spot market sources for electronic components with multi-million dollar budgets – Mandatory.
Proven Experience in negotiating complex projects and contracts focusing on cost design and manufacturing on a global scale.
Sourcing and overseeing the global indirect procurement of operations services, including facility maintenance, rental agreements, supply, and cleaning.
Working experience with ERP and P2P systems, Netsuite and Zip – an advantage.
Good understanding of supply chain processes
Excellent English, written and verbal is a must.
