Administrative and Procurement Employee

We are looking for an employee to do administrative and procurement tasks.
Long-term full-time position with immediate availability.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling international shipments
  • Managing customer orders
  • Placing procurement orders (internal and external)
  • Ongoing correspondence with international suppliers
  • Generating production instructions and liaising with the lab
  • Working with Priority Software
  • Internal communication with various departments within the company
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, including international procurement
  • Very high level of English – a must!
  • Experience with the Priority system – significant advantage
  • Proficiency in Office applications with an emphasis on Excel – an advantage
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Kindness and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
