We are looking for an employee to do administrative and procurement tasks. Long-term full-time position with immediate availability. Job Responsibilities:
Handling international shipments
Managing customer orders
Placing procurement orders (internal and external)
Ongoing correspondence with international suppliers
Generating production instructions and liaising with the lab
Working with Priority Software
Internal communication with various departments within the company
Job Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, including international procurement
Very high level of English – a must!
Experience with the Priority system – significant advantage
Proficiency in Office applications with an emphasis on Excel – an advantage
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
Kindness and excellent interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
