Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and operational support to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination with clients
Supporting the business in lead generation and tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
Acting as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information
Collaborating with team members to gather data, prepare reports, and conduct market research
Managing the onboarding process of new customers
Coordinating client meetings and follow-up activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintaining client databases, tracking interactions and updating contact information
Preparing documentation, presentations, reports, briefs, and other documentation as requested
Assisting in analysing market data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports
Monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide insights to the business
Assisting in organising and participating in events and conferences

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales support, administrative support, or a similar role
Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales-related tools for tracking and managing customer information
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Priority system is a plus
Fluency in English
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and generate insights
Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
