Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant for Home Office
Qualified secretary/administrative assistant for an individual in their home office Experience in secretarial and office administration, basic bookkeeping Job Description: Organizing/managing data, documents, and appointments Interfacing with suppliers, banks, organizations, agencies, individuals Reviewing and organizing financial information/statements, inputting data Writing summaries and correspondence, internet searches, some research A variety of organizational and other tasks, including administrative tasks for a non-profit organization. 6-8 hours/day, 4-5 days/week Job Requirements: Bilingual English and Hebrew Computer and tech savvy –phone and computer – apps, Office (Word, Excel, PP) Good with numbers and financial data Attentive to detail Very organized Able to multitask Resourceful and flexible Good interpersonal skills Can work independently, set priorities, and take initiative Experience in office administration Driver’s license Interested in staying for more than one year 6-8 hours/day, 4-5 days/week Required Experience: 2-4 years Location: Jerusalem
