The IT Procurement and Budget Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the procurement process, managing IT budgets, renewing software licenses, and implementing new processes within the IT department. This role requires close collaboration with Operations budget controllers, IT managers, Buyers, and Finance team to ensure timely and accurate purchase orders, effective budget management, and the smooth operation of ERP systems.
What will your job look like:
- Place and track IT-related purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage IT department budgets, collaborating with Finance for reconciliation and forecasting.
- Oversee software license renewals and fast delivery to clients within the company.
- Maintain accurate records of software assets and procurement in company systems.
- Implement and improve IT procurement and budget management processes. Manage the IT yearly budget.
- Collaborate with IT managers, buyers, and Finance to streamline workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems for purchase and budget tracking.
- Support financial reporting and provide budget analysis for decision-making.
- Solve ongoing challenges, strive to timely delivery and acceptance by stakeholders.
- Approve invoices and follow company guidelines.
All you need is:
- 3 years of experience in procurement, budgeting, or financial coordination, preferably in an IT environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details and accuracy.
- Technical orientation and ability to understand and reflect IT high level details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
