How your job will look like?

• Stay up to date with evolving global regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance across all relevant areas.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and development groups to conduct thorough risk-assessments, identify potential compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, to ensure requirements are integrated into product design and development processes.
• Lead the integration and administration of enterprise software applications to automate analysis and monitoring of materials compliance regulations, responsible sourcing and supply-chain transparency requirements.
• Manage the producing of required compliance documentation and reporting.
• Train staff on compliance requirements and best practices

All you need is:

• BA degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in Product regulatory compliance, preferably in the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of applicable industry regulations – Electronics, Semi-Conductor, Automotive etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly build strong credibility with global business partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet challenging deadlines
• Certification in compliance or automotive quality standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) is a plus
• Attention to details
• Risk assessment and management skills, regulatory research and analysis experience
