Lead generation and prospecting- develop and implement a lead generation strategy to identify and target potential customers in the defense sector. Sales leadership- take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client engagement, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation and contract closure. Market expansion- establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in the FSU/CIS market Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within defense global companies. Strong understanding of the defense industry and familiarity with the procurement processes of defense organizations. Demonstrate success in leading and closing complex sales deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
