Position Overview: The Business Operation Director in the area of Processes, Systems and Methodologies is a key function in the Sales Organization and the right hand of the VP of Business operations. The role is a junction between Sales, Sales Operation, MIS, Finance, Product and Legal and is responsible for all Sales related process, including being the interface in front of other department which are partners for the execution, when MIS being the main one.
Areas of Responsibilities:
Work with the Global Sales stakeholders to receive requests for system enhancements, work with them on the requirements and understand business logic behind it.
Evaluate all requests, adjust to global needs, bring requirements to completeness and align with Cellebrite business goals.
SME for all GTM business process and best practices.
Work with Product management on all new offering to understand price structure and different bundles to be added to the portfolio.
Represent Sales Operations in all NPI/NOI (New product/Offering Introduction)
Manage a team of 3 and together be responsible for the below Systems:
PMO of all projects of Sales and Sales Operation with MIS.
Translate Business needs to requirements to MIS
In charge of testing and QA before go live
In charge of all open tasks in front of MIS team, conduct weekly meetings to go over all open items, prioritize.
Manage release of system and process updates to all GTM team.
Create guides and train the entire sales organization on any new flow / change in the CRM and ERP.
Work closely with MIS team to understand new capabilities available in the CRM and train sales team to use these capabilities.
Processes:
Evaluate current sales processes and workflows. Provide recommendations and actions for improvements, based on strategic objectives.
Lead the change of the process, prepare requirements and work with relevant steak holders to align, manage the implementation and train the relevant team members.
Be the master and the focal point of any Sales Support processes.
Receive requests and identify need for any new sales process, evaluate and recommend if and how to create.
Work closely with departments supporting Sales (Product, Marketing, Finance) to better understand their needs and how to allow them better visibility in the sales process.
Built, maintain and implement all aspects of commercial guidelines.
Price List and Portfolio:
Manage and maintain the company’s price lists in all currencies. Be the main focal point for any issues related to prices and available solutions.
Manage the price lists within the CRM
Requirements:
At least 8 years as Business Operation manager / Project Manager
At least 5 years experience working with CRM and ERP systems – Sales Force and Net Suite as advantage
At least 5 years experience as a manager
Experience in leading cross organization projects
Experience in building Sales Processes and working with Sales
Experience in cross cultural environment
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure as part of a Sales Organization.
