Position Overview: The Business Operation Specialist in the area of Systems and Methodologies is a key function in the Sales Organization which reporting to the Diector of Business operations. The role is a junction between Sales, Sales Operation, MIS, Finance and Legal and is responsible for all Sales related process, including being the interface in front of other departments which are partners for the execution, when MIS being the main one.
Responsibilities: System PMO of projects of Sales and Sales Operation with MIS:
Write business requirements , supervise and conduct user acceptance tests for new features & processes.
Create guides and train the entire sales organization on any new flow / change in the CRM and ERP.
Lead the change of the process, prepare requirements and work with relevant steak holders to align, manage the implementation and train the relevant team members.
QA every new solution before going live.
Create Reports and Dashboards and introduce them to Sales.
Work closely with MIS team to understand new capabilities available in the CRM and train sales team to use these capabilities.
Evaluate current sales processes and workflows. Provide recommendations and actions for improvements, based on strategic objectives, needs or requests.
Be the master and the focal point of any Sales Support process. Troubleshoot and resolve system/process issues in a timely manner, working closely with MIS team.
Work closely with departments supporting Sales (Product, Marketing, Finance, legal) to better understand their needs, create new workflows and allow them better visibility in the sales process.
Requirements:
At least 3 years as Sales Operation / Project Manager / Related Sales support roles
At least 3 years’ experience working with CRM and ERP systems – Sales Force and Net Suite a must
Experience in leading cross organization projects
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science or an equivalent degree
Proven ability to lead teams without authority and drive complex and impactful changes
Able to translate business needs into business processes and solutions
Experience in building Sales Processes and working with Sales
Experience in cross cultural environment
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure as part of a Sales Organization.
Fluent English is a must
