Adreso is seeking a Sales & Marketing – Field Executive for a dynamic construction firm based in Goa. If you have 2+ years of relevant experience and are passionate about driving sales and building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you! What we are looking for: - Ability to achieve sales targets through regular customer visits, establishing relationships, closing orders, pitching new products, and resolving issues. - Proficiency in ensuring timely delivery of quotations, following up to close sales, and handling quotations, demonstrations, negotiations, and deliveries with support from the back-office team. - Competence in following up on both self-generated and assigned leads, and knowledge of A, B, & C Products and UEPL Products. - Ability to maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory/industry and work on leading factors for sales such as field visits, cold calling, presentations, demos, and online meetings. - Skill in maintaining cordial relationships with customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials, and resolving or escalating customer issues to ensure a positive experience. - Capability to upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve customer issues. - Competence in monitoring material returns, issuing credit notes to reduce sales returns, and maintaining and expanding the customer base within the territory. - Knowledge of attending meetings and training to stay updated on new and existing products, and actively participating in sales-related discussions. - Ability to build sustainable customer relationships through open communication and proficiency in providing market feedback to the product team. - Skill in updating data in Google Forms daily, using mobile applications/software for tracking and reporting, and carrying and effectively using marketing collaterals such as price lists, brochures, samples, and order forms. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout Goa, fluency in Hindi, English, and Konkani, and a pleasant personality. - Strong drive to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction, aptitude for continuous learning, and proficiency in E-Mails, MS Office (especially Excel), ERP, and CRM software.
