Service Advisor

Adreso is currently hiring a Service Advisor for a renowned automobile company in Goa. If you're passionate about delivering excellent service and have technical expertise, we encourage you to apply today!
What we are looking for:
- ITI with 3 years of experience as a technician, or Diploma with 1 year of experience (Degree freshers are welcome).
- Knowledge of technical and commercial aspects related to vehicle servicing.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide accurate repair solutions using probing sheets.
- Strong communication skills for handling customer interactions with courtesy.
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all customer dealings.
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness with protective materials (seat covers, floor mats, etc.).
- Expertise in providing clear cost estimates and keeping customers updated on work progress.
- Skills to monitor work progress and inform customers about changes in costs and completion times.
- Proficiency in generating clear service invoices detailing parts, labor, and lubricant charges.
- Capability to resolve customer complaints promptly within the promised timeline.
- Dedication to ensuring vehicles are clean and delivered as per the agreed schedule.
- Ability to conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
