What we are looking for: - Up to 1 year of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates and establish a robust candidate pipeline for present and future job openings. - Skilled in reviewing resumes and applications to assess qualifications, skills, and experience. Capable of conducting initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles. - Effective collaboration with clients to comprehend their hiring needs, develop a deep understanding of their business and culture, and consistently provide updates on the status of job openings and candidate profiles. - Expertise in scheduling and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates. Additionally, adept at preparing candidates for interviews and offering post-interview feedback and guidance. - Ability to assist in the onboarding process by ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation and procedures. Maintain accurate records of candidate information, job orders, and client interactions. - Posses Knowledge of industry trends, salary ranges, and market conditions. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ceipal. Strong attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality.
