We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment & HR Executive to manage talent acquisition and support HR operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy administration. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate with department heads to meet recruitment needs.
Manage onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR systems.
Support employee engagement, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of HR software and recruitment tools.
