Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to expand our client base in the local market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target local businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through direct outreach, meetings, and networking.
Present and explain our services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.) to potential clients.
Create and implement local marketing strategies to promote Brand Tech’s services.
Meet sales targets and generate consistent leads for the business.
Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
Represent the agency at local networking events, trade shows, and business meetups.
Track all sales activities and report on progress to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising field.
Strong understanding of local business needs and challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong knowledge of the Panchkula, Chandigarh, and Mohali markets.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation for client meetings.
Preferred:
Experience selling digital marketing services.
Established network of contacts in local businesses.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
