We are looking for a skilled and proactive Online Bidder to handle bidding on various freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online platforms, identifying potential clients, writing effective proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Draft tailored proposals that highlight our agency’s expertise and service offerings.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant solutions.
Follow up on proposals and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Build strong relationships with clients and convert leads into long-term contracts.
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and project acquisition.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution once the project is won.
Stay updated with industry trends and freelance platform policies to improve bidding strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Online Bidder in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
Strong knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, etc.).
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience with international clients (USA, UK, Australia).
Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
