We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to handle outbound calls to prospective clients, explain our services, and set up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, making them a perfect fit for building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
Explain our services in a clear and professional manner and answer any questions.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested clients.
Maintain records of calls and update the CRM system with client information.
Follow up on leads generated from other marketing efforts, such as emails and ads.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Handle basic inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar role (experience in a digital marketing or IT services environment is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Punjabi).
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to engage potential clients over the phone.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, etc.).
Ability to handle client objections and queries effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call-tracking software is a plus.
