1. Receive calls from Customer 2. Understand the requirement / issue / Need 3. Pass on to the concerned department / section 4. Coordinate and follow up with Different departments and sections and see that the work progress is smooth . 5. Keep a track and follow up till the issue is resolved / need is fulfilled 6. Post Service Calls to understand the satisfaction level of the customers 7. Create and maintain records 8. Escalate matter if remains unresolved for more than 24 hours 9. Maintain good relationship with all field staff 10. Customer Relationship Management 11. Follow up with customers for approval of quotations submitted and Purchase Orders and also for payment due to us. 12. Start and complete the work without supervision.
