Your role will involve identifying potential clients, presenting our range of return gift hampers, and closing sales that meet customer needs. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure our offerings align with market demands and customer preferences. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential customers, including individuals, event planners, and businesses looking for return gift solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our return gift hampers.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-up and after-sales service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns that drive sales.
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Networking:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on sales performance, including sales targets, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and potential opportunities for growth.
Use CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the gift, retail, or e-commerce industry.
Fresher also eligible with creative skill.
Sales Skills:
Strong sales acumen with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders and client requests.
Customer-Focused:
A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
