Job Summary: A Placement Executive at Ayaan Edu Skills & Training Pvt Ltd will be responsible for managing the placement activities of students across various courses. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating with students, and ensuring successful job placements. The Placement Executive will also assist in the preparation of students for interviews, resume building, and other career-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
Employer Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential employers across industries.
Identify and secure placement opportunities for students in relevant sectors.
Liaise with companies to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates.
Student Coordination:
Assist students in creating effective resumes and preparing for interviews.
Provide guidance on career paths and job market trends.
Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interviews to enhance student employability.
Placement Activities:
Coordinate placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
Ensure timely follow-up with employers and students post-interview.
Track and report on placement statistics and outcomes.
Networking and Collaboration:
Build and maintain a network of industry contacts for placement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align placement strategies with course offerings.
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on job market trends.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of placements, employer feedback, and student progress.
Prepare and present reports on placement activities to management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services.
