IT Trainer
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology, with a passion for teaching and helping others grow their skills. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring that participants achieve their learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring that participants achieve their learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Training Programs: Conduct training sessions on various IT topics, including but not limited to software development, networking, cybersecurity, database management, and cloud computing.
- Develop Course Materials: Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Assess Learning Outcomes: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback, and adjust content as needed to ensure participants meet their learning objectives.
- Provide Support: Offer additional support and guidance to trainees through mentoring, troubleshooting, and personalized coaching.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in IT to ensure training content remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments, clients, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain records of training activities, track attendance, and generate reports on participant progress.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
