Job Summary: The Corporate Trainer - Electrical is responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to electrical engineering and technology. This role involves working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet organizational needs and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials focused on electrical engineering.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars for students.
Create and update training curriculum to reflect the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Make necessary adjustments to improve program content and delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering and technology. Incorporate relevant updates and innovations into training materials and sessions.
Foster an interactive and collaborative learning environment. Address questions and provide additional support to ensure trainees achieve learning objectives.
Work with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to tailor training programs to specific needs and objectives. Build strong relationships to understand and address training requirements effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
