SEWA Punjab's Sangini Program (www.sewapunjab.org) is looking for a Placement coordinator who will be responsible for Employment generation and placement linkages for our trained women caregivers. The right candidate will have the knowledge and expertise to engage and work across a wide range of placement opportunties, including home based Care jobs, hospitals, nursing homes and institutional spaces, such as creches etc. where we can find the best fit for our available pool of Childcare, Eldercare and Homecare workers. Sangini is a social entreprise that provides specialised skill development training and subsequent placements to marginalized / underpriviledged women from low income group communities in eldercare, childcare and homecare jobs in Tricity area and Punjab, while ensuring fair wages and good working conditions for them. Responsibilities of Placement Coordinator
Engage potential clients and identify appropriate placement opportunities
Manage Inquiries on Helpdesk
Sustain a constant flow of client enquiries
Apply innovative marketing/promotional tools
Working closely with Sangini Trainer and understanding the strength/weakness of each candidate for a better fit in placements
Coordinating client interviews and placements for sangini workers
Ensuring post placement tracking and supervision of placed workers on a regular basis
Sensitize and guide clients towards workers rights and dignity, and resolve issues
Meeting placement targets and ensuring retention of placed Sanginis
Field visits to aid and enhance mobilization activities as per placement demands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: placement work for low income groups, especially women: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person at office , includes field visits and meetings with clients in Tricity and Punjab as and when required
