Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with industry partners for placement opportunities.
- Facilitate the placement of trainees across various skill development courses.
- Coordinate with training faculty and ensure that trainees are prepared for employment.
- Monitor and track placement outcomes and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct placement drives, job fairs, and campus interviews.
- Provide career counseling and job readiness training to students.
- Network with local and national companies for potential employment opportunities.
- Manage alumni relations and track their career progress.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing/HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in placements or recruitment, preferably in the skills development sector.
- Strong industry connections, especially in sectors like Construction, IT, Retail, Beauty, Computer, Hospitality, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
