JOB DESCRIPTION:
A) Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise & coordinate execution of Air Conditions & Electrical maintenance activities in Electrical utility section at minimum cost along with highest level of safety.
- To promote ABG vision, Values and WCM activities to all.
- To review and control the breakdown hrs and to reduce the cost of maintenance.
- To identify areas of energy conservation, improvements and implement the same.

Working in A C & Electrical Utility section at least for 5 to 8 years.
- Knowledge on trouble shooting and package Air conditioning systems
- Knowledge on trouble shooting of Chillers & cooling tower
- Compatible to read the control & Power scheme of LT, HT system, VFD
- Handling the Manpower of WB & Contractual
- Knowledge of SAP and ISO system.
- Maintenance of lighting & power distribution systems
- Good communication skills to handle daily A C complaints & customer satisfaction.
- Able to monitor the daily power consumption of section.
- Spares & manpower planning.
1) Able to justified the criticality of section
2) Deep knowledge of ABG safety standards & implementation in day-to-day work.
3) Familiar with WCM framework
4) Prompt action at the time of black out condition
5) Cost & Energy saving initiative
B) Goals / KRA to be assigned:
1) To enhance availability of A C systems at plant & colony .
2) To enhance Availability of Electrical Utility services at Offices & Work shops.
3) Improvement project in area – Cost & Energy saving
4) Reduction in OT hours of WB & Contractual
5) Creating the “Safety "culture in the organization.
6) Creating a culture of Process Excellence in the organization through WCM
