Quality Control Testing
• Maintain compliance with predefined work instructions of all tests & modify the same if needed
• Monitor and control the sample testing and shade approval schedule

Report Analysis and Corrective Action
• Analyze the general trend and highlight abnormalities if any through plant rounds, available testing data, analyse feedback to take actions to correct the same
• Prepare monthly quality reports, quality control charts and trend analysis

Customer Satisfaction
• Meet with customers to understand their expectations from the product in terms of quality
• Assist the department head to ensure continuous customer satisfaction by taking corrective actions based on customer feedback
• Analysis of complaint & documenting on SAP system
• Recommending corrective & preventive action to Head Operations and updating the same in SAP
• Assisting Marketing to give feedback to customers

Preparation of SOPs
• Documentation of SOPs of all activities of Production and Quality activities
• Prepare Product SOPs with process parameters and Quality norms for every new product
