Job Purpose

To ensure that all moulds in plant are able to run within good condition and reach the target of uptime

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Execute the mould making processes and conduct periodic mould maintenance activities 2. Place orders for mould spares, hardware as per requirements / replacements 3. Develop of new moulds, conduct new mold trials, perform necessary corrections basis feedback from R&D and set up the final injection molding set 4. Check mold spare part drawing, specifications and maintain necessary records. 5. Conduct New mold development including spare part die makers and Drive the process of KAIZEN 6. Execute ISO work & documentation work for the processes related to mold making. 7. All vender ( mould spear part )bill 8. Conduct necessary quality control checks for Molding of plastic components like checking mould fitter, cavity and punch polishing. 9. Implement & drive tool room handling, Lath m/c, Surface grinding, Milling, drilling, Sparking machine operations.
