B.Sc Nursing with 5 year of Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,500.00 - ₹35,612.00 per month

B.Sc Nursing with 5 year of Experience
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including hygiene, feeding, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist in the care of patients with chronic illnesses and post-surgical recovery.
- Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatments.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and medication adherence.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Ensure all medical equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
