Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Examiner for a CBSE school. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in conducting examinations, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience. Advanced knowledge of Excel and effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats are crucial for this role.
Required Qualifications:
Pay: ₹54,500.00 - ₹60,700.00 per day

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in conducting and managing examinations, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline .
- Familiarity with CBSE examination processes and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exam Planning and Coordination: Organizing the examination schedule, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines, and coordinating with teachers and staff.
- Supervision of Examination Process: Overseeing the smooth conduct of exams, ensuring fairness and integrity, and managing invigilators.
- Student Communication: Informing students about exam protocols, schedules, and any changes, while addressing their concerns.
- Material Management: Ensuring the secure handling of question papers and exam materials before, during, and after the examination.
- Result Compilation and Analysis: Coordinating with the administration for result compilation, ensuring accuracy, and analyzing performance data for improvement.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintaining records, preparing reports for CBSE, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Organizing training sessions for staff on examination policies and practices.
- Crisis Management: Addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the examination process promptly and effectively.
- These KRAs contribute to the overall effectiveness and integrity of the examination process in the school.
- The person will be fully responsible for every examination ( in-house/ board/ student admissions/ staff recruitment/ hosting of external competitive examination etc) in the school.
Pay: ₹54,500.00 - ₹60,700.00 per day
