Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Certified Nurse** to join our team and assist in providing top-notch patient care. The ideal candidate will work closely with our doctors and mental health professionals to ensure smooth treatment and recovery for our patients. Key Responsibilities - Administer patient care, including medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians. - Assist in the management of patients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and behavioral disorders. - Monitor and document patients’ conditions and vital signs. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their treatment. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and aftercare. - Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and hygienic environment. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies. Qualifications - Educational Background: - Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing. - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid certification. - Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in neuropsychiatry or mental health. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of neuropsychiatric nursing care. - Ability to handle emotional and mental stress of patients. - Knowledge of medication administration and safety.
