Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing and Branding Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on 360-degree marketing strategies. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can effectively plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Email marketing, Influencer marketing, Content Marketing, PR, and Brand management. Exceptional English communication skills are a must. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, video production and podcasting, and Webinars.
Plan and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
Lead efforts in influencer marketing to build strong relationships with key industry figures and drive brand awareness.
Manage video content production, including video shooting and podcasting, as well as Webinars to create engaging content for various platforms.
Oversee the online reputation management of the founder and the company, ensuring a positive brand image across all digital platforms.
Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand presence in the market.
Coordinate and manage the company's participation in international exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
Develop and maintain brand management strategies, focusing on positioning, visibility, and recognition in the market.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all channels and marketing materials.
Demonstrate strong accountability and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering measurable results.
Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing activities, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and brand management.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal—this is a non-negotiable requirement.
Proven experience in managing online reputation for individuals and companies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
