Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written proficiency in [English and/or local languages].
Smart problem-solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations calmly.
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
