Ecommerce Executive (Virtual Assistant )
- Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Operations: Assist with backend management of Shopify and Magento stores, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Marketplace Management: Help manage product listings, inventory, and performance metrics across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and e Bay.
- Product Uploading & Optimization: Upload and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
- Chat Support: Provide excellent customer service through live chat support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Social Media Optimization: Contribute to social media strategies by generating content ideas, posting, and engaging with our audience.
- Must be a graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or BCA.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of market trends and ecommerce best practices.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
