Position Overview:
Washify Autocare Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling payment reminders, maintaining customer booking schedules, and performing cold calls to potential leads. Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Reminders: Follow up with customers for payment collections, ensuring timely reminders and resolving any related queries.
  • Customer Booking Schedule: Manage service schedules, ensuring appointments and tasks are executed on time with customers and service teams.
  • Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads, introduce our services, and convert prospects into customers through persuasive and effective communication.
  • Data Recording: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, payment statuses, and call outcomes for efficient management and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
