We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. · Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends · Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. · Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress through the sales cycle. · Gain in-depth knowledge of our IT products and services. · Demonstrate and present IT solutions to potential clients. · Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of sold solutions. · Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the system. · Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Skills and Competencies: · Strong understanding of IT products and services. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients. · Strong negotiation and closing skills.
